Its sad that people don't respect the stock owners. I mean come on, they are willing for you to use there images if you at least note/comment & link back to them. It doesn't seem like that much of a big deal! But I guess it is, while looking around DA last night I saw so many journals that read along the lines of "This is not Stock - DO NOT USE" , "Plese link back" , "Please respect my rules".... It was pretty sad really. Personally (but i live under a internet rock) I didn't realize how many people "sleal" others work/stock & break the most simplest of rules...tsk tsk.
My hubby is back over seas for his 2nd time there. *sigh* The only "good" thing about this tour is it's only for 10mo & not 18....
Its still going to be hard.
Our son is now 2 1/2 years old, starting to really get the "gabbers". Loves anything with wheels...and misses his daddy.
I stopped selling jewelry on Etsy...as much as I enjoyed it, I think my heart is in the arts.
This is just my thoughts, I'm finding Etsy very...ummm Childish, yea that is a good word for it.
I used to enjoy to just sit and read the fourms there...but I realized that most of the people there(in the fourms) are trying to cause trouble, complain they havn't sold anything, complain that etys isn't doing there job in pomo'ing there shop...I mean it was starting to get really sad.
Now please don't get me wrong, Etsy is a great place to sell your handmade items...but please keep in mind that you need to pull your own weight and promo you own shop & remember complaing doesn't get you anywere.
I pretty muched turned my shop over to my mom - who has a pasion for sewing. She started selling Pillowcase dress & other clothing items. So make sure to check her out!

A short fav list...but so worth you attention!

These are great and has help me out so much!
